Design and Plans

Maxum Construction can undertake or assist with all aspects of design, specification and plans to permit application stage. We have extensive experience in working with and for Architects and their demanding standards. Your plans or ours, it’s no problem!

Cost Estimates and Quotes

Maxum Construction also has an inhouse, experienced QS who utilises COSTX by EXACTAL, a leading construction costing system. This coupled with 30plus years experience ensures a high level of accuracy and confidence in this most important aspect of any project. We welcome full disclosure approaches to projects for those business clients with strong commercial skills.

Administration

As an adjunct to costing Maxum has invested in a specialist residential builders accounting package from COST CON by MANUX. This enables clear, concise debtors, creditors and cash flow management as well as detailed weekly actual to budget expenditure control. These disciplines are very important in our ability to project manage and satisfy client expectations in financial management of their asset.

With 30years of construction and project management experience as well as international experience with both Max and Jarrod working abroad, the team at Maxum Construction are highly capable project managers and ensure that cost, time, and quality targets or specific dates are understood and met. We have experience in “turn –key“ and client/architect involvement.

Contracts and Guarantees

We offer a number of commercial options to suit any situation. These include the full range of CERTIFIED BUILDERS contracts covering small remedial work to full contract turn key documents. With our Architectural build experience we are also familiar with the demands of this approach.
